Men’s Check-In Group‍ ‍

Men’s Check-In Group is an 18+ group for men, mascs, and non binary people who are comfortable in a male-centred environment. This group is meant for folks who have gone through the Men’s Survivor Group and are looking to stay connected with other survivors.

The group will meet monthly over the course of a year, with 8–12 participants and will be a weekly semi-closed group, meaning there may be a few points during the program when new members can join, or when some members complete the group before others. This allows the group to stay stable and build trust while also offering some flexibility, so people can access support without having to wait for a new group to begin.

This group offers participants an opportunity to connect about their mental health and about how their healing journey is going. You will not be asked to share your trauma story, but you are welcome to share and connect with others if you’d like.

  • Connecting with other men around mental health and healing trauma

  • Discussing topics together, such as addressing shame, trauma triggers, and the impacts of trauma on relationships.

  • Celebrating healing and progress.

Sharing is always optional, and participants can engage at their own comfort level.

The group will be offered in person
Group time and schedule will be determined based on participants' availability feedback.
