Men’s Survivor Group
Men’s Survivor Group is an 18+ group for men-identifying participants. The group will meet for ten sessions, with 8–12 participants and will be a weekly closed group, meaning the same people attend each week.
Facilitated by a male therapist, this group is for men to connect with each other while learning about the impacts of trauma. You will not be asked to share your trauma story, but this is an open space to share and receive support.
This group focuses on:
Learning how trauma can affect the body, brain, emotions, and relationships
Understanding common trauma responses and why they happen
Learning practical coping and regulation skills to manage stress, emotions, and triggers
Practicing skills together in a supportive environment
Sharing is always optional, and participants can engage at their own comfort level.
The group will be offered in person.
Group time and schedule will be determined based on participants' availability feedback.
